Factory Supervisor

BLUEARROW aree recruiting for a hands-on Factory Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Blaenavon.

This is a shop floor-based role where you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, leading a team, and ensuring targets are met in a safe and efficient manner. Key responsibilities include: -

Supervising production operations across filling and labelling lines -

Leading and supporting a team on the shop floor - Driving output and ensuring KPI targets are achieved - Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety - Acting as the link between production planning and execution - Troubleshooting issues and minimising downtime

This is not a desk-based position - you will be actively involved in day-to-day production.

Requirements: - Experience within a manufacturing or production environment - Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Operator - Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards - Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
