Chef de Partie - Permanent Role!

Location: Newchurch - Burton on Trent

Salary: £32,361.84

Hours: 45 Hours per Week | 5 Days out of 7 | 7/8am starts


Blue Arrow are recruiting for a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen at a prestigious hospitality venue in Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking to progress their career within a high-quality, fast-paced environment.

You'll take ownership of your own section while working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional food and maintain high standards.


The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will support the day-to-day kitchen operation while being responsible for your own section, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own section and supporting daily kitchen operations
  • Ensuring all food served meets required quality and presentation standards
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene through cleaning schedules
  • Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations
  • Promoting a positive kitchen environment

About You

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Chef de Partie with strong kitchen experience and a passion for quality food.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
  • Level 2 Food Safety certificate
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and quality standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working with high-volume service
  • Additional food safety training
