We are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers (FLT) for an immediate start at a leading manufacturing and logistics site in Belper, Derbyshire.

💷 PAY - REACH TRUCK DRIVER (FLT)

• £15.12 per hour - Day shift
• £17.00 per hour - Afternoon shift
• Overtime available at enhanced rates
• Weekly pay

🕒 SHIFT PATTERN (ROTATING SHIFTS or SET SHIFTS)

Monday - Thursday:

• 06:00 - 14:30 (Days)
• 14:30 - 23:00 (Afternoons)

Friday:

• 06:00 - 12:00
• 12:00 - 18:00

✅ Full-time hours

✅ Weekly rotating shifts

🔧 KEY DUTIES - REACH TRUCK DRIVER

As a Reach Truck Driver / FLT Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a Reach Truck Forklift (FLT) safely, efficiently and in line with site procedures
• Following strict health & safety guidelines at all times
• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any issues
• Supplying materials to fast-paced production lines (line feeding)
• Loading and unloading goods within the warehouse
• Supporting production changeovers and stock movement
• General warehouse and logistics duties
• Manual handling where required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

✅ REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or NPORS)
• Minimum 12 months Reach Truck / FLT experience
• Strong understanding of safe FLT operation and warehouse health & safety practices
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Experience in roles such as FLT Driver, Forklift Driver, Reach Operator or Warehouse Operative
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
