Cleaner

We are recruiting experienced Cleaners to work at a Durham university site. This is an ongoing for at least 8 weeks. If you take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and enjoy working independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Working Hours

· Days: Monday to Friday

· Shift times: 06:30 - 10:30

· Pay rate £12.71 per hour

What We're Looking For

We are seeking reliable, detail‑focused individuals who can demonstrate:

· Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience, using a variety of cleaning products and equipment

· Knowledge and understanding of COSHH regulations

· Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality

· Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently with minimal supervision

· A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team

· Basic Health & Safety awareness

Role Responsibilities

· Cleaning designated areas to a high standard

· Safely using chemicals and equipment in accordance with COSHH guidelines

· Maintaining hygiene standards suitable for school and catering environments

· Correct storage and care of cleaning materials and equipment
