The ideal candidateYou'll have experience across both front and back of house - with some of the current team leaders having previously worked as chefs, so that background would be a real advantage.You're confident managing a team and can handle challenges calmly and professionally. When things don't go to plan - whether that's unexpected staff absences or a busy service - you don't panic, you find solutions.This is a hands-on role, so you'll be comfortable working alongside your team, supporting wherever needed, and leading by example. The details<ul><li>Salary: £25,550 - £26,950</li><li>Hours: 36.5 per week with a clear and predictable rota</li><li>Shifts: 8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm - giving you the ability to plan your time outside of work</li><li>Weekends: Only 1 per month</li><li>Contract: Temp to perm - giving you the chance to see if the role is right for you before committing</li></ul> Day-to-day responsibilitiesAs a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a team of up to 9 people, ensuring everyone understands their duties and the operation runs smoothly.Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Managing rotas and holiday schedules (experience with Pro Wizard is a bonus)</li><li>Staff supervision and support</li><li>Food safety and allergen compliance</li><li>Ordering and stock control</li><li>Delivering high levels of customer service</li><li>Making day-to-day operational decisions</li><li>Acting up in the absence of the Catering Coordinators</li></ul> What kind of person fits here?This role suits someone who genuinely cares about the standards of a business and takes pride in leaving things better than they found them.You're the kind of person who walks onto the floor and immediately understands what's needed:<ul><li>A queue building up?
