Are you a talented chef looking for flexibility, variety, and great rates of pay? We are currently recruiting experienced Agency Chefs to support a range of clients across Southend-on-Sea and the wider Essex area.

We have opportunities available across both DBS-cleared environments and non-DBS hospitality venues.

👨‍🍳 The Role

As an agency chef, you'll work across a variety of kitchens, including:

🔹 Non-DBS Sites:

• Events & Contract Catering

🔹 DBS Sites (Enhanced DBS required or willingness to apply):

• Care Homes
• Schools & Colleges
• Healthcare Settings

Assignments range from ad-hoc shifts and holiday cover to ongoing placements, offering flexibility to suit your availability.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (all levels considered)
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety (Level 2 minimum preferred)
• Own chef whites, knives, and safety shoes
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Enhanced DBS (for certain roles) or willingness to obtain one
