We're recruiting a passionate Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at a highly regarded University in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well‑resourced, professional kitchen where quality, creativity, and fresh ingredients are at the heart of everything you do.

You'll be part of a close‑knit brigade delivering outstanding food across student dining, high‑profile events, and conferences-perfect for a chef who enjoys variety and consistently high standards.

The Role As Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Produce and present high‑quality dishes across multiple service styles
  • Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
  • Contribute creative ideas to seasonal menu development
  • Support and mentor junior chefs within the team
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and waste efficiently
  • Work collaboratively in a professional, well‑structured kitchen

About You

We're keen to hear from chefs who:

  • Are an experienced Chef de Partie or an ambitious Demi Chef ready to step up
  • Have a genuine passion for fresh, quality ingredients
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced yet supportive kitchen environment
  • Hold Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
  • Are organised, reliable, and proud of consistently high standards
