Salary: £40,000 to £48,000

The Role
- Lead the commercial hospitality and events function, driving revenue growth and premium service delivery.
- Oversee the planning and execution of internal and external events, fine and casual dining, and hospitality experiences.
- Work closely with culinary and operational leaders to ensure quality, consistency and innovation.
- Manage and develop a small hospitality team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Hold responsibility for financial performance, forecasting, pricing and P&L management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, policies and regulations.
