Warehouse Operative

Location: High Wycombe

Contract: Temporary ongoing (5 out of 7 days), full‑time hours

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00

About the Role

Blue Arrow is recruiting for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a well‑established client in High Wycombe.

What You Will Be Doing

• Handling goods‑in and ensuring stock is processed correctly
• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Preparing outbound shipments
• Loading and unloading items as required
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
• Working to site procedures and following health & safety guidelines
• Process outbound materials/orders in line with work instructions

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience (1-2 years preferred)
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast‑paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic

Desirable but not essential:

• Full UK driving licence
