💷 Pay: £12.71 per hour

We are looking for friendly, reliable Catering Assistants to join school kitchens across various Nottingham postcodes. Whether you're looking to get back into work or want a role that works around your family life, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

No formal catering experience? That's no problem. If you're organised, a team player, and happy to get involved, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll need an Enhanced Child DBS to work in schools. If you don't already have one, we can support you through the application process.

🧾 What you'll be doing:

Helping to prepare and serve food and drinks

Operating the tills during service

Clearing tables and keeping areas clean and tidy

Unpacking and putting away deliveries

Maintaining hygiene in food prep and service areas

Washing up and general kitchen duties

Providing friendly service to students and staff

✅ What we're looking for:

Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate (dated within the last 12 months)

Willingness to clean and help across different areas

Strong time management and organisational skills

Able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Reliable and hardworking

Previous experience is helpful but not essential
