🏭 Global Manufacturing Leader

We're looking for experienced Reach Truck Drivers who have experience in operating over 8 meters thrive in fast‑moving environments where Health & Safety, efficiency, and prioritisation are essential.

💷 PAY RATES

• Days: £15.12 per hour
• Afternoons: £17.00 per hour
• ➡️ Overtime available based on production demand

🧰 THE ROLE

As a key part of the logistics and production support team, you will:

• Feed production lines efficiently, ensuring timely material flow
• Prioritise workload in line with production schedules
• Manage line changeovers to keep downtime minimal
• Load & unload goods using a Reach Truck
• Carry out warehouse duties as required
• Work in a high‑standard, safety‑focused environment with excellent training and processes

A clean, organised site where Health & Safety comes first - including PPE provision, structured inductions, and clear operating protocols.

🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 12+ months Reach Truck experience
• A valid Reach Truck licence
• Experience in fast‑paced manufacturing or line‑feeding roles (advantageous)
• Strong prioritisation skills
• Good physical fitness for manual handling
• Shift flexibility is essential
• Own transport required if not local to Belper
• Successful completion of an on‑site Reach Truck assessment is required to start
