Monday to Friday - 8:00am-3:30pm

Pay: £12.71 p/h

Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail‑focused Packing Operative to join a friendly and supportive team in Nottingham. This is a temp to perm opportunity with full training provided across different areas of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building boxes from flat pack and sealing them using a tape gun
• Packing up to 15 different items into a single box with accuracy
• Working at a fast pace while maintaining high standards
• Lifting boxes weighing up to 10kg occasionally
• Completing paperwork, ticking job sheets, and updating checklists
• Writing postcodes on boxes and applying labels correctly
• Ensuring all products are packed to a high quality
• Learning new tasks and supporting different areas as trained

Requirements:

• Good level of written and spoken English
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand dexterity
• Motivated, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
