Warehouse Operative

Hours & Working Pattern

The role is 37.5 hours per week, worked across four days:

* Mon-Wed: 7:00am - 5:00pm

* Thurs: 7:00am - 4:30pm

* Potential overtime available on Fri/Sat, paid at x1.5 / x2

Role Overview

This position involves a combination of operating semi‑automated equipment and manual kitting, so good dexterity, focus, and attention to detail are essential. As always, we place strong value on the right character traits-people who care about their work and are consistently conscientious.

Production Assistant - Job Purpose & Responsibilities

* Assemble devices and complete kitting of finished products, following SOPs with precision.

* Carry out manual kitting, ensuring accurate preparation and organisation of components.

* Operate manufacturing equipment in line with EOPs, maintaining safe and efficient production.

* Work collaboratively to meet production targets while upholding quality standards.

* Take a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.

* Maintain accuracy and consistency to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
