We are a dynamic, international business specialising in the supply of IT spare parts and service support to major global brands across Retail and Hospitality. With clients including Epson, Citizen and PAX, we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, fast response times and flexible, solution‑driven approach.
We're now looking for a reliable, motivated and detail‑focused individual to join our high‑performing office team. Full training will be provided, and you'll be supported by an experienced, structured team.
What you'll be doing
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and service support. You will be responsible for:
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Answering incoming customer calls (UK and Export)
- Responding to customer emails and enquiries
- Processing orders, quotes and new customer accounts
- Checking part numbers, availability, lead times and technical information
- Releasing pick tickets and monitoring back orders
- Raising commercial invoices for despatch
- Managing part shipments and contacting customers when stock arrives
- Monitoring service repairs and handling queries
- Dealing with returns and customer complaints
- Producing daily/weekly/monthly customer reports
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Service Support
- Account management for service customers
- Providing support to service partners
- Ensuring the smooth flow of repairs through the workshop
- Obtaining PO numbers for repairs and ensuring correct invoicing
- Liaising with Purchasing for timely parts supply
- Coordinating the receipt and return of customer equipment
- Helping the team meet service revenue targets
What we're looking for
- Good IT literacy (Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- A confident telephone manner
- A conscientious, quality‑driven approach
- Excellent customer‑service skills
- Ability to follow instructions but also work independently
- Self‑motivated with good task prioritisation
- Friendly, reliable and team‑focused
