Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative in Airdrie!
Blue Arrow is looking for experienced warehouse operatives at our Airdrie site.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay rates: rates to increase April 2026
Day Shift (06:00-14:30): £12.21/hr
Afternoon Shift (14:00-22:00): £13.43/hr
Night Shift (23:00-07:00): £14.65/hr
(5 days out of 7, including some weekends)
A supportive team environment
Your Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately
Handle goods in/out and stock counting
Maintain health & safety standards
Perform quality checks and heavy lifting when required
What We're Looking For:
Previous warehouse and order-picking experience
Reliable work history
Ability to commit to full-time hours
Due to location own transport is preferred.
