A well‑established and reputable hotel on the outskirts of Bath is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join its talented kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed chef with a passion for fresh, quality food who is looking for stability, progression, and a welcoming working environment.

Key Details:

• £15.09 per hour (including tronc)
• 5 days out of 7
• Fresh food, quality‑driven kitchen
• Own transport essential (no live‑in accommodation available)

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh‑food environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to run a section confidently
• A genuine passion for cooking with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain consistent standards
• A positive attitude, reliability, and pride in your work

Your Role:

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across your designated section
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Support the senior chefs and contribute to smooth, efficient service
• Bring creativity and consistency to every plate
• Assist junior team members where needed and uphold a positive kitchen culture
