Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Basingstoke

Salary: £30,000 to £32,000

Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm, supportive team in Basingstoke. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about early years education and dedicated to creating an environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating activities that support children's learning across all areas of the EYFS
  • Act as a Key Person, observing, assessing, and tracking children's progress while maintaining accurate developmental records
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families, ensuring open communication and a collaborative approach to each child's care
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment, ensuring all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed
  • Support children's emotional wellbeing, helping them develop independence, resilience, and social skills
  • Work colla;boratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high‑quality learning environment

What We're Looking For

  • A full Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • A warm, caring approach and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to high‑quality practice
