Room Leader - Early Years (Level 3+) - Basingstoke

Salary: £32,000 to £34,000

Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an experienced Room Leader to join a nursery team in the Heart of Basingstoke to help deliver high‑quality early years education.

About the Role

  • Lead and support staff across one or more nursery rooms
  • Plan and deliver engaging, EYFS‑aligned activities
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Act as a Key Person and build strong relationships with families
  • Track children's development and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are met
  • Support staff development through coaching and role‑modelling

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Experience in an early years setting
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
