Team Leader Warehouse

Blue Arrow is recruiting for a warehouse team leader to join a well-established delivery company!

Location: Airdrie
Salary: £28k
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 6am - 2.30pm

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to meet daily targets.
* Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Monitor performance and provide coaching and training where needed.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
* Maintain accurate records and reports using warehouse management systems.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Good understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety standards.
* IT literate - comfortable using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.

Must have a full UK drivers license for this role
