Regional Operations Manager
£205.05-£250 per day (PAYE)
Full time, Mon-Thurs 8hrs, Fri 7hrs
Travel between Bristol Magistrates Courts and North Magistrates Court is required

Role Summary:

Typically, responsible for revenue of up to £10m and typically manages headcount
of up to 20 people. Specifically responsible for 3 Establishments within the Avon and Somerset
Courts Region.


Role Responsibilities:

- Provide day to day support to Site Managers with the aim of attending each site a minimum of one day every two weeks.
- Ensure all sites are statutory compliant and inspections are planned and completed prior to expiry date.
- Induct new Site Managers.
- Ensure all Site Managers have the required resources and equipment to carry out their role.
- Ensure Site Managers have clear responsibilities and objectives.
Ensure service is being delivered in accordance with contractual KPIs. SLAs and budget.
- Lead client Monthly Report Meeting.
- Management of P&L across ASC account.
- Requirement to develop lifecyle plans tailored to PFI environments.


Skills and Experience required:

- Recognised and relevant technical or FM qualification (IWFM).
- 5 years+ experience of PFI contract management.
- Demonstrates ability to implement and meet targets within a single contract.
- Experience working within an agreed budget and meeting targets within a single contract.
- Adept in IT and Data Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, NEBOSH and understanding commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
