Warehouse / Site Operatives (With CSCS Card) - Avonmouth

Blue Arrow Bristol are recruiting General Labourers / Warehouse Support to work for our client based in Avonmouth, Bristol (BS11). Candidates will need to hold a CSCS card and ideally have a Counterbalance Forklift licence however, please apply online even if you haven't got the forklift licence as the client is happy to pay for your training.

The roles are for a period of at least three months, potentially longer than that, depending on how quickly the project will be complete. We will aim our best to find you alternative employment after this assignment is finished.

Working hours and pay rates:

• Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
• Occasional overtime
• Basic pay rate is £13.75 per hour, overtime is paid at £17.19 per hour

As a General Labourer, your duties will include:

• Manual loading and unloading of products
• Recycling
• Using a variety of tools and equipment
• Tidying up
• Operating counterbalance forklifts
• Updating paperwork

Candidate requirements:

• CSCS card (or an official Health & Safety certification for site work) is a MUST
• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence obtained or refreshed within the last 3 years is preferred but not essential
• Previous experience operating forklifts is preferred
• Previous experience performing warehouse duties / site work
• Good understanding of warehousing operations and processes
• Awareness of Health & Safety regulations
• Willingness to do manual work
