About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and organised Project Coordinator / Admin to support our fire door projects. You'll play a key role in sourcing contractors, managing quotes, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contractor Sourcing & Coordination:

  • Identify and liaise with reliable fire door contractors and suppliers

  • Maintain and update our contractor database

  • Schedule works and ensure contractors meet deadlines and compliance requirements

• Quote Management:

  • Request, track, and follow up on quotes from multiple contractors

  • Compare pricing and support decision-making on cost-effective solutions

  • Ensure timely communication of quotes to clients

• Project Admin Support:

  • Organise and track project schedules, site access, and job completion paperwork

  • Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and certifications

  • Support the project team with any administrative needs

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in the fire door or fire safety industry

• Strong admin and organisational skills

• Confident in managing quotes, contractor communication, and scheduling

• Good knowledge of fire door compliance & Pricing

• Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and project tracking tools
