Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, and support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to the menu.
  • Assist in menu planning and development.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Manage inventory and assist with stock rotation.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
  • Culinary qualification is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • A valid DBS check is required for this position.
