We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to spearhead all production operations, from planning to quality assurance, in close collaboration with various departments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Production Oversight:** Manage the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.
- **Team Management:** Lead and develop manufacturing and stores personnel.
- **Planning & Scheduling:** Create and monitor production plans.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Track KPIs to ensure efficiency and on-time deliveries.
- **Lean & Continuous Improvement:** Drive efficiency and implement lean methodologies.
- **Stock & Inventory Control:** Oversee stock accuracy and inventory management.
- **Communication:** Collaborate with sales and purchasing to meet customer demands.
- **Systems & Reporting:** Utilize Sage/Tarquin for planning and reporting.
- **Quality Management:** Uphold ISO 9001 standards and promote a quality-first culture.
- **Health & Safety:** Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- **Special Projects:** Manage bespoke production and factory enhancements.

**Candidate Requirements:**
- **Qualifications:** Relevant production or engineering qualification.
- **Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with leadership experience.
- **Skills:** Proficient in lean manufacturing, ERP systems, and quality compliance.
- **Leadership:** Ability to drive change, maintain high performance, and foster continuous improvement.
