• Run your section with confidence and care

• Support and inspire junior chefs

• Create dishes using estate-grown and local ingredients

• Uphold high standards in prep, service, and cleanliness

• Contribute ideas to an ever-evolving seasonal menu

• Calm under pressure, detail-driven, and always organised

• A true team player with a great attitude and hunger to grow

• Full UK driving license - essential due to rural location
