Start Date: 2nd June 2025 Hours: Mon - Sun - 39.5 hours per week - on a rota basis * 8:00am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday) * 8am - 3pm (Saturdays) * 8am -12pm (Sundays) What duties would you be doing within the Customer Service Advisor role? * You will be dealing with customers who contact the client via telephone, email, or live chat. * Using your customer service skills, you will provide an effortless customer journey and experience * You will gain an understanding of each customer's situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service. * Ensure all telephone calls are answered within our service level agreement, booking utilising the Salesforce platform. * Work in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels. * Work closely with customers to keep them informed * Ensure compliance with all regulations. Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with our client based in Derby, they are looking to recruit a Senior Geotechnical Site Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Salary: £29,725 - £32,800 DOE Working Hours: 38.75 hours per week - Monday to Friday, primarily site-based with some work at another site. Opportunity for paid overtime, with occasional weekend work required About the job: * Carry out geotechnical site and laboratory testing * Maintaining competency/authorisation for the necessary range of test procedures * Ensure equipment is in current calibration and pre-test checks are completed * Ensure that test equipment is checked regularly and functioning correctly, and that any failures, defects or damage is reported * Use and maintain equipment with all due care and ensure that weekly checks are carried out * Ensure that all necessary test information, results and QC data are recorded in the manner required by current procedures * Maintain good site working practice at all times Previous experience/qualifications required: * Experience in geotechnical testing * Knowledge and experience of site and lab-based geotechnical test methods * The ability to support training and development of other technicians * Ability to calibrate test equipment * Motivated and focussed, with a positive outlook/approach * Be able to work with a varied workload * Communication is key for this role; you will be able to make an impact and work well within a team * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Hold a full UK driving licence * Holds CSCS card How do I apply for the Senior Geotechnical Site Technician role?
